It didn't work in 4.7 for me on Win7 and it still doesn't work with 5.1. I'm kinda thinking, with the weird install in C:\Keil instead of C:\Program Files; lack of a proper uninstall; etc etc etc that Windows compatibility isn't a high priority?

    Your not supposed to dump a whole bunch of user modifiable junk in '\Program Files', and certainly not the kind of massive directory structures Keil supplies. Microsoft has implemented a number of specific mechanisms to dissuade that over various iterations of their OS.
