Appcrash problem

I have installed MDK-ARM 4.73 version on Windows 7(32bit) recently but
whenever i run, it gives error to prompts to close the program.
How to get over this problem??

    Then it's NOT an installation problem. Try other systems. Examine what makes YOUR system different in terms of setting, apps, languages and tools installed.

    Imagine most testing has be done on UK/US English installs of Windows, with vanilla apps/tools.

    While I don't think it should crash like this, I understand what a cluster Windows is, and how many billions of DLL and app configurations that can exist in the field. Turn off third party apps that interfere with how Windows functions (AV being a prime example of fudging up the Win32 API)
