NO ULINK DEVICE FOUND

WHEN I TRY TO DOWNLOAD CODE INTO TARGET BOARD BY ULINK2 JTAG DEBUGGER FOLLOWING ERROR MESSAGE IS COMING "NO ULINK DEVICE FOUND"
I AM USING KEIL4 uVERSION IDE FOR PROGRAMMING WITH MCB2929 KEIL DEVELOPMENT BOARD

Does the ULINK show up in Device Manager? Does the ULINK and chip on the board show up in the Debug configuration pane? Does your CAPS LOCK key not work?
