Keil Run-Time Environment USB STM32L151RD

Good day, collegues !

I am trying to configure Run-Time Environment USB for STM32L151RD, and meet the problem: in window "Manage Run-Time Environment" there is a request to turn on USB in CMSIS Driver section, but in this section is nothing about USB.

I have read the same discussion

And have read appnote 266
http://www.keil.com/appnotes/docs/apnt_266.asp
But in did not help.
I install MDK 5.12 , but nothing change, and appnote 266 become unuseful, as it is about MDK 5.11

Please, anybody, advice me, how to implement Run-Time Environment USB for STM32L151RD.
