Pack Installer error

I have been using Pack Installer for a couple of months. No problem downloading, updating.
But this morning when I open Pack Installer. I got an error

Reading one or more Pack descriptions failed:

Detailed Error Descriptions:

Is this something left over from failed downloading/updating?

The ERRORs is listed as one of the Packs, which gives me the option to "Delete All"
