ULINK2 was working - now no communication

Help,
I have a BLE SOC ARM Cortex M0 and a ULINk2 connected to the debugger in SW mode.
EVERYTHING has been working fine until now.
My device is programmed and running. I see the BLE advertisement. It is not asleep.

I now cannot program this device, or any other board of this type with the ULINK2.
I have FW version2.02 and uVision4 V4.73

I programmed the device last night, now I get
SWD COmmunication Failure

The ULINK USB sees the ULINK2 etc.

I have tried using the UL2_Configure utility. I did have it set to ULINK because I needed to work with an older version uVision4 for a different project.

Any clues?

    Not familiar with your part.

    Try changing the "Connect & Reset" options in the options->debug->settings->debug tab, try connect under reset.

    The error is like one you'll get if the part powers down, not powered or crashes. If there is an option externally to boot to ROM rather than user code, try that.
