how to Configure TFT lcd in DE Mode?

hello friends.,

i used HS MODE in TFT LCD By using the following value.

1)Vertical Sync Pulse,Vertical Back Porch,Vertical Active Video,Vertical Front Porch,
2)Horizontal Sync Pulse,Horizontal Back Porch,Horizontal Active Video,Horizontal Front Porch.

Now i want to know how to use the TFT lcd in DE MODE?first time i am using DE mode.i have the following value only.

Horizontal Display Area(thd): 1024 DCLK
HSD Period (th) : 1344 DCLK
HSD Blanking (thb+thfp) : 320 DCLK
Vertical Display Area(tvd) : 600 TH
VSD Period (tv) : 635 TH
VSD Blanking(tvbp+tvfp) : 35 TH

so can any one help me how to use This value in DE mode?by using this value how to initialize TFT lcd?
