Hi, I would like to know that is there any evaluation board for zigbee development with keil? And is there any free or proprietary stack available from keil? Thanks in advance.
This question would be better addressed by Keil sales.
Keil supports the CC23xx/CC24xx family from Texas Instruments. On the TI website there are a number of ZIGBEE stacks available. The actual vendor of the device you select will also have ZIGBEE stacks. GOOGLE ZIGBEE and SiLabs and Cyprees for devices.

Silicon Labs Acquired Energy Micro. About one month ago, I tried to find some Energy Micro MCU on Silicon Labs' web-site, but found nothing useful.
Just tried again, this time I did find Energy Micro MCU, but still can not see anything about Energy-friendly radio MCU.
Energy Micro's missing RF now due in Q4 3/4/2013 10:53 AM EST www.eetimes.com/document.asp
CC2500 from Chipcon/TI is still active, but it is no longer a low power product now.
"...but found nothing useful"
Energy Micro only ever Made ARM (32-bit) - not 8051 (8-bit) - chips.
Energy Micro part numbers began "EFM..." - I can see that right up on the SiLabs front page:
www.silabs.com/.../default.aspx
They are still using the same Gecko name & emblem for them:
