how to use DE MODE in TFT lcd?

hi friend, i am working in TFT lcd HV modenow .
But i want to know how to use the DE mode?what are the value are needed?

In HV mode DCLK Frequency ,Horizontal and vertical Display Area,HSD Period,Pulse Width,Back Porch,Front Porch value is enough.

for DE mode what are the value are needed?and how to use?
