p89V51rd2bn not getting programmed

hello,
recently i have purchased an ic P89v51RD2BN which is not getting programmed,
in flash magic it gives reset the device into ISP mode!!!, and when i pressed reset switch hex file/program is not getting uploaded.

hardware is ok,because with the same hardware i run P89V51RD2FN,

so basically p89v51rd2fn is working but p89v51rd2bn not working,

can anybody help me out!!!
