hi for my project i got a doubt, whether it is possible to use keil for programming PIC... plz help me
You can certainly use the editor of uVision to write a program. Not so easy to compile for a PIC core with any of the Keil tools. You might be able to get Microchip tools to work from with uVision.
Or you could simply look at mplab. My opinion, for what it's worth, is that mplab (including the latest incarnation) is just horrible.
The mplab compilers are available for evaluation. give them a try, if you dare.
Sir i am sorry which software shall i need to use for programming PIC controller
And which PIC controller are you talking about? A PIC32 MIPS based part, or one of the earlier ones? That make dozens of different parts.
Microchip sells a number of compilers/tools, have you reviewed any of those offerings?
If in doubt, think harder, programming is an exercise in logically thinking and reasoning.
I'm sure that Microchip will have a list of tools on their website...
Indeed!
programming is an exercise in logically thinking and reasoning
A surprising number of programmers and consultants seem to lack that characteristic.
I have amazed many by recommending "Hurley" as a programming book
