hi for my project i got a doubt, whether it is possible to use keil for programming PIC... plz help me

is there anything anywhere that gives any suggestion whatsoever that any form of PIC is supported at all?
I'm sure that Microchip will have a list of tools on their website...
Indeed you need to look at the device documents for this type of information. Keil C51 does indeed support a number of Microchip PSOC devices. In fact a limited set of Keil P51 tools are included in their MPLAB kits.
Their website contains very little good information on kit content and their debug support devices.
Microchip has a number of free tools for programming their devices.
