No ULINK Device Found , Flash Download Failed and Target DLL Has Been Cancelled

I am working on Infineon's XC2387A microcontroller. For compilation I am using Keil Compiler(uversion 3 v3.67).

But I am not able to download program in flash memory.

There are two types of errors.

1. UL2OCDS Driver Error: No ULINK Device Found
2. uversion 3: Flash Download Failed - Target DLL has been Cancelled.

What can be the reason ? Please provide relevant solution.
