Baremetal for Raspberry Pi

Does anybody know if I can use the Keil MDK to write baremetal code for the Raspberry Pi?

    Do you have a plan about how to program the Broadcom BCM2835 SoC?
    Do you plan to store your software on the SD Card, just like NOOBS installer and Raspbian?
    Do you have a plan about how to debug your software?
