program not compiling

hello,
i am using Nordic nrf51822 board with Arm cortex M0. When I am compiling the program it gives error as: main.c: error: C3903U: Argument '-D__EVAL' not permitted for option 'device'.
I am using keil MDK-ARM lite. Can anybobody suggest a solution.
