Issue about SAM3N4C - EK board Programming

I am new to SAM3N-EK development board . I want to know how to program that board.I dont ve clear idea we have to use JTAG or RS232 cable for programming ..pls any one guide me

    If it's a development board - which you claim it is - then it's quite likely that there also exists some form of manuals for the board, with lots of information about how to use the board. It's very uncommon for a development board not not have any "getting started" information.
