accessing hex valuefrom pc to LPC2148

hello , i am using LPC2148.I want to access hex values from pc provide it to
the LPC2148 using UART.How I can access these values??

    C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories

    double click on "Command Prompt", then press "Enter".
    Now, type calc, enter a number and press 'F5' key on your keyboard.

    shortcut: Press 'F13' key.
