Reading PWM input using LPC 2129

I am using LPC 2129 to read the pressure from the Flow sensor. The sensor gives the output in terms of PWM. I want to read this PWM output using LPC 2129. I am facing problem in configuration of Compare mode for LPC 2129. Kindly suggest the working code for the same.
