LPC24xx.s/LPC2400.s file issue

I am using LPC2478 board.
for programimng using FlashMagic. using FlashMagic, I am able to Read device signature.
Crystal Frequency is 14.7456MHz
Clock and PLL setting:
FCCO = (2 × M × FIN) / N
FCCO = 471.8592MHz
M = 16
N = 1
FIN = 14.7456MHz
CCLK = FCCO/8 = 471.8592MHz/8 = 58.9824MHz
My board is not working.

Need Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
