Cannot load Flash with uVision 5

Hi,

I have a project I've been using for years and now I've updated to uVision5 and can no longer program the Flash on my processor. When I hit 'Load' I get two dialogs. The first says "Cannot Load Flash Device Description !". The second says "Error: Flash Download failed - ARM7TDMI

I'm using a ULINK2 programmer/debugger and the processor is an STR710FZ2 from ST Microelectronics. I've looked at the "Pack Installer" and don't see anything for an ARM7.
