Its giving the the result that ' the publisher could not be verified.'
Its just downloading 53.9 MB of the file and then stops downloading.

Try using a download manager (such as Free Download Manager).

The Internet connection of my current employer is so ridiculously bad. I have to use for all but the smallest download. I downloaded MDK with the download manager just recently.

Keil provides size and MD5 information for the download, if you don't have the whole file it's going to fail.
