I am a long-time user of uV3 on WinXP. Never upgraded to uV4 because the old version met my needs. I work exclusively in the C8051F04x line of processors.
I recently helped a co-worker install uV4 on his workstation (Win7) and was trying to solve a problem with him thereon. I tried to open the peripheral registers Window for some of the CAN registers by clicking on the 'Peripherals' menu item in debug mode, and got an empty list of commands.
This has never happened on any of several version of uV3 that I have used. What are we lacking?
