maximum image size

I am trying to build target for my ethernet interfacing program.

.\STM324xG_EVAL\STM324xG_EVAL.axf: error: L6047U: The size of this image (38800 bytes) exceeds the maximum allowed for this version of the linker

is the problem I am facing. What is the solution for this?

    Thanks a lot Jack Zhang.. I had installed mdk lite. Do I have to purchase the license key or there is a way to download mdk professional directly?
    p.s. As I am working on a hobby project I am not in a position to buy the software. :-( help?
