uVision not able to select device or run simulation

I have just installed uvision v5.0.5.15

When I create a new project, it does not let me choose any device.

I also download the examples files but I'not able to select any device or the run examples because all my debugging options are diabled.

Any suggestions please

have same problem here about no device selectable at project start
so downloaded sam3.dfp and unzip it but still not any device
can be selected - where is this error documented ?
