Keil Crash on debug exit

Using win7 64bit

Whenever I enter debug and then exit then enter debug again and exit Keil crashes. I have to use task manager to kill it. It will crash with JTAG or with simulator mode (so I rule out JTAG). I did a check disk on my hard drive, and a clean install of Keil (I did not keep previous settings) and still the problem is there. We ran it on another PC and the problem is gone.

Anyone have any ideas, similar experiences?
