uVision 5.10 crash when entering J-Link debug settings

Hi

We have started our project using uVision 5.01. For debugging we use J-Link debuggers (Ultra and Lite versions).

After the update to uVision 5.10 the uVision crashes anytime when i try to enter the debug settings dialog for the J-Link debugger. After reverting to uVision 5.01 the dialog works properly.

Does anybody else have this problem?
How to fix/workaround the crash in uVision 5.10?

    Same here. uVision 5.10.0.2 crashes every time I click "Settings" button for "J-LINK / J-TRACE Cortex". I can't use uVision 5.01 because it is not downloadable anymore.

    I'm using J-Link software V4.84c. J-Link DLL Updater didn't solve the issue.
