ARM7 compiled code is not working

Hello,

I am using Arm7 LPC2129, we have same code which is executed in
IDE : Micro-vision Keil 3.11b

when I put the perecompiled hex the sw is working fine in the Controller.

But when I complie it again in uvision4, it doesn't work.

could you please help me in this, do I need to change some settings?
