Device database empty -- not shown in the IDE UI!!???

Hi,

Pretty excited and downloaded the light version of the Keil IDE. When I attempted to create project, the IDE asks me to choose a device. However, there is no device listed for me to choose. I know that the IDE supports the NXP LPC2138 device.

So, looking at the "Device Database", nothing is shown. Do I miss some sort of component to be installed?
