hello, my project is to develop a pulse oximeter using MSP430 launchpad microcontroller.can anyone help me about how to acquire a signal from finger probe sensor(SpO2 sensor)???
Is, "about project" the most descriptive, informative summary that you could think of for this post?!
"using MSP430 launchpad microcontroller"
The MSP430 is the microcontroller; "launchpad" is a board on which it is mounted.
But did you not notice that Keil have no tools for the MSP430? So why post on the Keil forum?
The MSP430 and the launchpad are Texas Instruments (TI) products - it's clearly written on the board: www.ti.com/.../MSP-EXP30G2.jpg
You need to go to the Texas Instruments website, where you will find all the documentation about the MSP430, and the Launchpad - and even application notes about pulse oximeters!!

But, before just leaping onto their forum, you need to spend time yourself researching the basics of your project...
There's a whole list of resources here:
