how to use 'options for Taget'

Hi , lpc2368 default options for taget ; please look at the below

Read/Only Memory Areas
IROM1: 0x0 (Start) Size (0x80000) Tick Ok Startup Ok

Read/Write Memory Aread
IRAM1: 0x4000000 (Start) Size (0x8000) Default Ok.
IRAM2: 0x7FE0000 (Start) Size (0x4000)

1-How is the value of 'Size' 0x8000 ????
2-Default value why tick ok!
3-when use NoInit ?

I do not understand it out of the window to the end.
