Sometimes this warning appears even if I have newlines at the end of the file. Why is that.
Are your last line actually empty? Or does it contain white space? The traditional requirements for ending a file with a newline really means there should be zero white space on that last line.

Thanks that was the problem exactly. By chance there were some whitespaces.
