hi, I am working on a project to interface AVR microcontroller with SIM900 GPS-GSM module. I am asked to proceed in this way- receive data from GPS, Send it serially to microcontroller and then send it to the GPS module...
Can someone plzzzz help me out, I just know about the AVR microcontroller and GPS basics. What are the hardware and software components required.. PLZZ reply soon
1) That should already be covered by the expensive education you have been given.
2) Why do you think this forum is relevant to AVR processors? Did you see AVR as an available architecture in the dropdown box?
3) How are you going to develop the hardware and software if you don't even know what hardware or software is needed - you sure you didn't got the wrong last-year project?

Thanks for replying....Well I said about The AVR because I have done a project based on it before. So, it would be easier to use the GPS module with the AVR (i guess).
