Hello all,
I am going to design a costume board for lpc1768 and I was wondering if there is an altium designer library for this family. I have searched for it on the internet and so far all I got was some pdf files like this one I found here on keil: http://www.keil.com/mcb1700/mcb1700-schematics.pdf
I can create a library for it myself but that would be really time consuming.

You are using the wrong forum to ask about Altium. Go to http://www.altium.com and search their libraries.
As for building a footprint and symbol for your part, it should take all of 10 minutes in Altium. Most of that time will be looking at the data sheet in detail!
