I am using MDK-ARM Professional License in Keil ver 4.72 and when i am compiling my code with Ethernet Library... I couldn't compile because of below error.
" Error: L9937E: RL-ARM is not allowed with this license "
Kindly suggest the best solution.

- Upgrade your license to a license that allows you to work with the ethernet source code. - Switch to a TCP/IP stack that doesn't require you to upgrade your license.
I decided to stay far away from Keil networking when they wanted €4000 extra/seat for the Ethernet source code.
Mine is Professional License, with this license, my code should get compiled.
I suspect you mean they wanted that for the TCP/IP source code. They provide a number of drivers (as source code) for Ethernet with their normal offerings.
Regardless, that amount seems exorbitant.
Yes, I was talking about the source code for the stack. And not only that, but requiring multiple licenses of the source code just because we had multiple licenses of the compiler.
