Hi, I am in need of the BSDL files for ST Micro’s STR912FAZ44 to be able to program this device using the Keil tools. Any help to point me to the location of these files will be greatly appreciated.

No you don't, you might need them if you plan to do some boundary scan on the board, but then you'd probably understand who the vendor was.
