programming trhe c167 cs

Hi,
I am new in C167CS micro controllers and i want to program it with ulink2 can you tell me how i should do this? which pins will be used in programming?

None. This MCU does not have a JTAG or ODDS interface.
If there is no urgent need to use this device I recommend using a newer microcontroller.

Perhaps a clear definition of what you're trying to do with the micro-controller would narrow the search space a little?

we are making a small ECU just in experimental field and we see that all ECUs have this micro controller on them. so, we are going to use it but, they are connected to an external flash.

because of avoiding the complexity we decided to use it without external flash that you said it's impossible, by the way, are there any kinds of micro controllers suitable for this application?
