JTAG firmware update fail

Hi,

My ULINK-ME interface worked fine. Then I swapped from Keil uVision 4.03 to V4.71.2. When downloading it reports that a firmware update is required. I click Yes and some firmware update starts. Then something goes wrong. The uVision does not respond according Windows. Some time later it does responds and I'm informed to restart the computer. So I do. Then when downloading a file into the ARM controller a message appears: No "ULINK Device found".

This happended a few months ago, I dropped the faulty ULINK-ME interface and used a second ULINK-ME interface using Keil uVision version 4.03.

Today I tried again to use V4.72.1 with the second ULINK-ME interface. Again a firmware update is commanded, I click Yes and lo and behold my second interface reacts the same.

So no programming for me today...

I think somehow the firmware update crashes leaving a unfinished bootloader or so in the ULINK-ME interface.

Who can help me out?
