we are making a project of one way communication in hospital,which sends instruction to destined receiver. we are using 8051 mc and the range required is just 100 meters. we will be sending strings of messages and instruction. i just want to now that which wireless module should we use and why? we are using rf module for the beginning and want to now alternatives if any, but the point to change our choice should be effective enough.

If you must ask, the answer is none, because whatever you do would (or at least should) be clearly illegal under just about any remotely sane set of safety rules and regulations for operation of RF technology inside hospitals.
