i need internal block diagram of max 232 ic when it is interfaced with microcontroller pic 16f73.

    Maybe you could tell us why you "need" that? Notice that there is a difference between needing and wanting something.

    Do you see any issues with using a MAX232 with that specific processor?

    Isn't the main issue to check if the processor has 3.3V or 5V signalling and decide which variant of the Maxim chips that should be used? But the Maxim chips doesn't care about the brand or model of the microprocessor, as long as you match the voltages (and doesn't try to run at too high baudrate).
