flash download failed target dll cancelled

sir,

I am using ADUC842 evaluation board.
I am using keil u vision 2 as my IDE .

I was able to compile the program
but i am unable to download it on the evaluation board.

i m getting the following error
"flash download failed target dll cancelled"

pls help me out.

I am using ADUC842 evaluation board.
I am using keil u vision 2 as my IDE
probably Keil was at uVision3 when the chip was released. Thus there has been no attempt to make '2' work with this DLL
