uvision unable to run on Windows 8(64-Bit)

Dear Friends

I am trying to run uVision4 IDE on windows 8(64-Bit), I have Installed ARM MDK 472_a_2 but still the problem is not solved... the message is simply show as "IDE has Stopped Working working"

    Alas, this is an end-user forum. We don't any source code or debug symbols for the Keil tools. We can't deduce exactly what may go wrong on your computer. Maybe the Keil staff can - but this isn't where you contact them.
