Text completion keil

I have installed keil v.70.0.0, & everything is working fine.
But I cannot enable text completion feature.

When I go to EDIT->CONFIGURATION->TEXT COMPLETION. I don't see options "show code completion feature for" & "dynamic syntax checking" on left side. instead its plain blank page.
However on right side I saw option "file template" but nothing on left side.

I have installed keil on window XP sp2
