Mixing MDK-Professional and MDK-CortexM

Hi,

we are a team of 6 developers searching for an ARM tool chain with middleware like ARM-MDK-Professional.
4 developers (customer sites) would only need MDK-CortexM to contribute to the product, 2 developers (headquarter) would need MDK-Professional.

Question:
To reduce cost of licenses, is it possible to build libraries containing MDK-Professional and give them to the 4, which can use it to build their final application?

Or any other possibility to mix MDK-Professional with MDK-CortexM?
