MDK471A.EXE fails to download

I tried to download the evaluation software with both Firefox and Internet Explorer.
It fails with either Firefox:
"mdk471a.exe.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.

Try again later, or contact the server administrator."

or IE:
"Internal error"

I am using a Vista-32 laptop.
