Download Binary Code With Keil or Another Ways?

Hi all,

I want to Program SAMSUNG S3C2440 ARM9 IC.
It is on the MCB2440 Demo board.
I want to download bootloader(U-Boot). Bootloader is a .BIN (Binary) file.
Can I download Binary file with Keil using U-Link or J-Link?
Or how can I download code another ways?
