Does anybody know why it seems not to be possible to see the release notes of a MDK software release? Do I have to download the entire package for it?

These are not release notes...
I couldn't find them on the website anywhere. So I downloaded to find out what it's about.
The extract specific to the 4.70a release is this:
[MDK-ARM Documentation] Corrected: linking in MDK-ARM user guides.
For what it's worth, I compared all files between this and 4.70. There are no differences in the executables, examples etc. Just the help files.
