Application error while switching from .uv2 to .uvproj

Hi,

While converting .uv2 project in to .uvproj. I am getting message that the project will be saved in the new uvision format. As soon as I press OK, I am getting error Application error:
The instruction at 0x120151ca referenced memroy at 0x00000009. The memory could not be "read".

What else should I consider while upgrading .uv2 to .uvproj.
