breakpoint not working in Keil MDK 4.70a running on window 8 64bit

Hello,

I recently bought an Acer Laptop running Window 8 64bit. I installed Keil MDK 4.70a but I am encountering a new problem.I can not set breakpoints in the C Program Window.The breakpoints is completely disable at the same time, I can set breakpoints in the Dissemble Window during debugging.Right click on any C source code line, There is no break-point option. Lastly, in the Dissembly Window, there are no C Code that pertain to the assembly code.

I do not have this issue when I was using keil MDK 4.70 on Window XP SP3.Is this a BUG or I am missing something?.Please help.
