clean target is deleting .s file

hi...
i am facing a different problem with the latest version of MDK-ARM (v4.23).
if i click "project -> clean target" it is deleting .s file. what will be problem?

example projects (C:\Keil\ARM\Examples) not deleting .s files. happening only for new projects.
