Dear friend
i want to decode the mp3file without decoder hardware like VS1003 and ... i want do it with a software not a hardware. as i searched i found some samples. but i don't know how i can use them in keil. my samples are in these links.please look at them.

i'm using MCB1768 and ARM cortex-M3 . would you please tell me how i can port them to keil?
Do you have (a) specific poblem(s), or are you just insufficiently familiar with Keil tools?
Or are you insufficiently familiar with (embedded) software development in general?
